Shipping policy
Processing time
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
We currently ship within Australia only and we offer two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and the selected delivery option.
Standard Shipping
- For orders valued between $0 and $59, the shipping fee is $6.
- For orders valued over $59, Standard Shipping is free of charge.
Express Shipping
- For orders valued between $0 and $59, the express shipping fee is $13.
- For orders valued over $59, the express shipping fee is $10.
Shipping Times
- Standard shipping: 2 - 8 business days depending on your parcel destination
- Express shipping: 1 - 4 business days depending on your parcel destination
We partner with trusted couriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, PFL Logistics, and CouriersPlease.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or high-volume seasons.
In-store Pickup
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed before 5 PM are generally prepared and ready for collection the next day (excluding holidays). Once you receive the pickup confirmation email, you can collect your order from our warehouse.
