Bulk orders ship direct from our supplier and are prepared as soon as you pay. If you cancel after payment, a 35% cancellation fee applies and the remaining 65% is refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping Times & Pickup

The following processing, delivery and pickup information applies to Australian-stock items. For overseas special orders, use the delivery estimate shown for your selection before payment.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Standard delivery usually takes 2–8 business days.
  
• Express delivery usually takes 1–4 business days.

In-store Pickup

Orders placed before 5 PM are generally prepared and ready for collection the next day (excluding holidays). Once you receive the pickup confirmation email, you can collect your order from our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible Australian-stock items can be returned within 30 days, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. Overseas special orders have separate cancellation and return conditions shown before checkout; cancellation after payment incurs a 35% cancellation fee. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected.
