Bulk orders are prepared as soon as you pay. If you cancel after payment, a 35% cancellation fee applies and the remaining 65% is refunded to your original payment method.

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Standard delivery usually takes 2–8 business days.
- Express delivery usually takes 1–4 business days.

Orders placed before 5 PM are generally prepared and ready for collection the next day (excluding holidays). Once you receive the pickup confirmation email, you can collect your order from our warehouse.

Special orders have separate cancellation and return conditions shown before checkout; cancellation after payment incurs a 35% cancellation fee. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected.

Delivery depends on the stock source and method shown for your selection. Australian-stock orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days, followed by standard delivery in 2–8 business days or express in 1–4 business days. Air freight is approximately 10–15 business days and sea freight approximately 2 months from payment. Review the current delivery plan before ordering; separate shipments may arrive on different dates.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
